Ali Griffin won in straight sets at No. 4 singles.
Montana State (10-8, 6-1) opened the contest winning at No. 1 and 2 doubles to take the first point of the match.
MSU opened singles play sweeping the top four spots in straight sets. Junior Ali Griffin secured the victory with a 6-4, 6-2 win at No. 4 singles over WSU’s Brittiny Moore.
“As we have all season, we came into the match with a business-like approach,” said MSU women’s coach Denise Albrecht. “The girls know they have a job to do and they get after it. We really want to finish on a strong note, and this is the first step toward the conference tournament next week.”
The Bobcats will conclude their regular-season on Saturday when they face Idaho State at 6 p.m. in the BATC.
