After one day of golf at the Ron Moore Invite, Montana State sits in 12th place of 13 teams. The young Cat team is led by freshman Molly Dorans in 51st place. Dorans shot at 83 on day one.
Senior Elise Nelsen and sophomore Leslie McGetrick follow Dorans tied for 56th with an 84. They are followed by Kate Michunovich (85), Kelly O’Brien (86), and Melissa Hultstrand (90).
Alice Kim (UC-Davis) leads the event at a one-under par 71. Host University of Denver leads the 13-team field at ten-over par.
