The RMISA season began on Monday and Tuesday with the alpine portion of the Utah Invitational in
The Bobcat Nordic squad will get its first taste of RMISA action on Friday with the women's 10 and men's 15-kilometer classic races at Bohart Ranch. The event will begin at 10 a.m. The freestyle races will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m., and a special classic sprint race will be held Sunday at
The alpine events will be held on Tippy's Tumble at Big Sky beginning on Friday with a giant slalom qualifier. The MSU Invitational will begin on Saturday with the GS and conclude on Sunday with the slalom races. All alpine events begin at 9:45 a.m.
MSU's Nordic contingent will be paced by last year's NCAA qualifiers Kaelin Kiesel, Bernhard Roenning and Ryan Scott, while the alpine squad will be paced by a trio of freshmen: Chris Barber, Mike Mackie and Geoff Irwin.
