In the middle of the conference basketball schedule, Montana State women's baksetball players took time out of their busy schedules to head to Monforton School in Bozeman to do a mini camp for girls in grades 5-8.
"This was something we wanted to do," assistant coach Mandy Close said, "and this was the best time for them. Right now, their girls are playing basketball, so we went out and did the mini camp. Our players really had a good time"
Close said about 25 girls attended the after-school camp that included drill stations, a H.O.R.S.E. contest and an autograph signing session. Players Erica Perry, Jamie Thornton, Lindy Siedensticker, Katie Bussey, Ally Schmitt and Tish Adams volunteered at the camp.
