Athletics and Alumni Association team up for young Bobcat Fans
The Montana State University Alumni Association is pleased to continue the Kickoff Kid program for the 2013 football season. The Kickoff Kid experience is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for Bobcat fans aged 4-12, whose parents are members of the MSU Alumni Association. Winners get awesome things.
The MSU Alumni Association chooses one lucky winner for every regular season home football game. Each Kickoff Kid receives a team jersey, a signed football, four tickets to the game, field access during warm-ups, the opportunity to stand alongside Bobcat football players for the coin toss, and on-field recognition before kickoff.
"We love our young Bobcat fans and are excited to continue this ultimate fan experience," said Kerry Hanson, Director of Alumni Relations at the MSU Alumni Foundation. "Last season, we were overwhelmed by the number of positive responses and inquiries about the Kickoff Kid program, so we are pleased to continue it this year."
MSU Alumni Association members are encouraged to register their children, aged 4-12, at www.msuaf.org/kickoffkid or in-person at the MSU Alumni Foundation Center, across the street from the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse. Only one entry is allowed per child. The first drawing will be held Thursday, Aug. 22. All entries will remain in the pool throughout the season.
The Montana State University Alumni Association was established in 1903 by a small group of former students who wanted to remain connected to – and involved with – their alma mater. Now a subsidiary of the Montana State University Alumni Foundation, the 10,000-member-strong MSU Alumni Association remains committed to advancing MSU by developing and enhancing relationships among the university, its alumni, students and friends.
