Helena native heads Bobcat Athletics' corporate and broadcasting division
Quinn Pacini, a 2002 Montana State graduate originally from Helena, returns to his alma mater as General Manager of Bobcat Sports Properties, Learfield Sports and Bobcat Athletics announced jointly on Monday.
Pacini spent the last 12 years in advertising, marketing and management in Seattle. Most recently he worked at CDK Digital Marketing, and also held various roles at Gleukos All Natural Sports Drinks, TalkingRain Beverage Company, and Razorfish Agency, all in Seattle. He also earned his Master's Degree at Seattle University.
"We're very excited to bring a Montana State University graduate back to Bobcat Athletics in this role," said MSU Director of Athletics Peter Fields, "and we're excited to begin working with Quinn. His background makes him an excellent fit for this role."
In his role with Bobcat Sports Properties, the University's exclusive athletics multimedia rights holder, Pacini leads all aspects of the extensive rights relationship between Learfield Sports and MSU Athletics. Duties include managing all sponsorship and corporate activities, radio and television play-by-play and programming rights, and web site advertising. He is also tasked with helping to align initiatives in building the Bobcats' brand locally, regionally and nationally.
"Quinn is thrilled to be back in Bozeman and represent his alma mater and his home state," said Mike McCollum, Learfield Sports West Region Vice President. "He and his wife are both Montana State graduates, and given his business acumen and experiences in Seattle we feel strongly that Quinn will be a great asset to lead our Bozeman-based team."
MSU is one of the nearly 100 collegiate properties represented by Learfield Sports. Learfield has prominence in all the major Division I conferences, and sponsors the Learfield Sports Director's Cup, presented to the top intercollegiate athletics program in Division I each year. Learfield Sports also partners with professional sports-related entities. For more information, visit www.learfieldsports.com.
