Sean Dotson joined the Montana State Athletics Department in July of 2020 as the Bobcats' Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance.
Dotson spent the previous six years at Appalachian State in Boone, North Carolina, in multiple roles. He most recently served as the Assistant Director of Compliance. He graduated from Tulane with an undergraduate degree in history and also obtained a juris doctorate degree in sports law from the university.
